Run through this checklist:
1) Do you still have minutes? Check the green badge in the top right.
2) Are there any phone numbers in the campaign? Open it and verify the count.
3) Did you select an IVR audio file in Settings?
4) Is the campaign status set to "Created" or "Paused"? It should not be "Finished".

When a call is answered, your IVR audio plays automatically. If the recipient presses 1 on their keypad, BLASTER instantly bridges the call to your agent number through the agent provider you configured. Any other digit (or no input) ends the call cleanly.

Open your campaign and click Upload. You can drop a .txt or .csv file with one number per line. International format is preferred (country code first, e.g. 12025550123). Duplicates are filtered automatically and invalid lines are skipped.

A safety mechanism: every campaign starts with a maximum of 5 concurrent calls and gradually scales up to your configured limit. This prevents your SIP provider from blocking the trunk for sudden traffic spikes and keeps your sender reputation healthy.

Click the orange + Buy button in the top navigation bar. You can purchase minutes via crypto, and they get added to your account automatically once the payment confirms (usually within a few minutes).

Callbacks are scheduled return calls. When a contact is busy or asks to be called back later, you can queue them up and BLASTER will redial them at the right moment automatically.

Yes. Each campaign runs independently with its own queue, settings and concurrent limit. The total active call count across all campaigns is bound by your system-wide cap.

Open the campaign and click the export button to download an Excel file with every call: number, status, duration, DTMF response and timestamps.
